Asynchronous motor control units and boards of BM series

Description

BM5000 units are designed to control asynchronous motors run-up and cutoff with a square-cage rotor with capacity of up to 300 kW, of a utilization category ASZ according to GOST R 50030.1-92. It is possible to use the units for a short period of time and again for a short period of time. B 50350 series units are supplied:

  • as a part of an open construction distributing panel;
  • as a part of a guarded construction distributing panel;
  • in separate cabinets;
  • as separate units.

The effective area of the panels in the cabinet is limited by 200 mm at the top of the plane surface of the upper frame for power buses and by 250 mm at the bottom of the surface of the subframe of the board to place a zero bus and a ground bus and for the convenience of switching a power circuit breaker located on the panel.

Start-control devices manufactured both in Russia and abroad are used in BM units. This series of units provides the following types of protection:

  • protection of a power circuit against short circuit and overload;
  • protection of a motor against overload;
  • protection of a motor against phase interruption;
  • protection of a control circuit against short circuit and overload;

BM5000 units are manufactured in accordance with GOST R 51321.1-2007 and technical requirementsTS-3434-002-50617349-2015.
